Hello Legends!

With just a day and a bit to go - how are we all tracking?

Together we have raised $12,234 and ridden 1995.2 kilometres! No wonder our legs are tired and our butts are sore!!!

Isn't it great that we now have that super smooth pathway to ride on, instead of the road!!! Doing another road ride last week (Burnie to Sulphur Creek as there is no other option) I really did notice how much more effort is required. I can't wait for it to be completed.

Just check out the other Tassie chapters! For such a small group, we are smashing it!!!

I rode to the Coastal Pathway launch this morning, and was excited to see another GCC jersey!!! It was worn by the lovely Carla, who had ridden from Wynyard with her hubby Peter.

Thank you for letting me join you for part of your riffle back to Wynyard!

With a helpful tailwind, it was a very quick trip home.

I also saw another of our riders. Pam hasn't managed to get any riding in this year, but has promised to join us again next year.

Look at us go!!! Wynyard Chapter are certainly punching above our weight!

With just 8 active members we have raised more than $11k and have ridden over 1385 kilometres for the kids!!! One of our teams has raised $3,877 - well done Tassie Turbos!

2 of us are also amongst Tassie's top 5! Well done Shaun!!!

Sadly, I am yet to see a familiar jersey while out riding but I hope to spot one of you soon! Please give me a yell - even if it's "get out of my way!!!"

Wow! Look at us go!!! Wynyard Chapter is punching above its weight with 2 riders in the top 5 in Tassie!!! AND we are in front of Devonport!!! Yay!!!

We have had some really challenging weather, so keep up the great work everyone. Let's hope that the weekend brings some mild and calm cycling weather!

Hello fellow GCCers!!!

Well, I finally found my way here! Isn't that wind awful today? Strong enough to blow you backwards!!! How good was Kick Cancer's Butt Day yesterday though?

How are you going with your fundraising goals? I don't know about you, but I felt that it is a little bit harder to get the donations in this year. Despite that, the Tassie Turbos have now raised $3679, and Shaun Mulloy has raised $2,849.81! Well done!!!

My ambitious goal of $30,000 over my 10 years is looking shaky, but I hope that I am worrying unnecessarily. Don't forget to tell everyone about your ride at every opportunity.

I hope to see a few familiar jerseys out on the Coastal Pathway soon - it's almost finished. Keep pedalling and keep safe everyone!!!
