  “Much appreciated Ben,this is going towards a very worthy cause. All kids should be able to enjoy a healthy childhood like we have had. Now I must keep my end of the bargain and ride hard for the rest of the month. Aidan and I would like you to join next years challenge,maybe a few long rides along the bay.Thanks mate. By the way,there were 2 policemen on bikes when they saw a couple of teenagers putting grafitti on a bus shelter. They dropped their bikes and ran after them to catch them but they were too fast. When the police went back to their bikes they were amazed to find the wheels had been stripped back to just the rims. Both policemen are working "tirelessly" to catch the little buggers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

I just rode 25 kilometres today and apart from a little knee soreness,I feel pretty good.when I started 3 weeks ago I was feeling it after only 5km. Cheers mate and now we must celebrate with golf and a cold beer.”
