My Story

This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Because right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

And so I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

2026 Great Cycle Challenge.

Hi there family and friends. As you know I am currently participating for the ninth year in this amazing fund raising opportunity to financially assist kids suffering from cancer.

For those of you who have not as yet made a donation in this years event, please note that any money coming in tomorrow (Wed 21st) will be doubled !!!

In case you are wondering… I am thoroughly enjoying the sail from Airlie Beach to Yeppoon with our daughter Jane and husband Ross on their yacht Blue Pearl .
