Hi,

Once again this October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer for the 8th time!

My goal is to pedal 1,023 kilometres throughout October & to raise more than $3145 to bring my total to over $20,000 during my 8 years.

To date I have raised over $16,855 & ridden 10,840 for this cause.

Cancer is the largest killer of children from disease in Australia - over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year (over 3 die each week).

To show my support, I am taking on this 30-day challenge to support cancer research & give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

As usual it will be a tough month as it also includes running a half marathon at McLaren Vale on the 15th, but it's nothing compared to what these brave kids face every day.
