My Story
Dear friends,
This month, I am riding 50km in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! Because cancer is the largest killer of children from disease in Australia - 3 children die every week. If you are in the position to donate that would be fantastic, otherwise, words of encouragement and spreading the word would be appreciated.
All funds raised will support Children's Medical Research Institute to develop treatments and find cures for childhood cancers.
In this opportunity, we want to introduce you to one of our awesome ambassadors...
Meet Audrey. 1-year-old Audrey's cancer journey started earlier this year. 1-year-old Audrey, nicknamed “Didi” by her big brother Elliott, is bravely battling grade 4 medulloblastoma. Since her cancer journey started earlier this year, this brave little bub has endured:
* A 12-hour surgery to remove her main 4.5cm tumour
* Replacement of her entire blood volume
* 2 x rounds of intensive chemotherapy treatment
