My Story

The past couple of years I have ridden for two brave little Tasmanians: George McNees & Harvey Trotter. Both boys needed to travel to Melbourne for treatment and became friends.

Heartbreakingly George lost his battle with brain cancer last year, a disease he fought all of his short life.

Cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

Funds raised support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
