Wow what a wonderful Island and a wonderful opportunity to do a lot of cycling.
Both days were filled with new food and new places and a lot of different languages. We met people that spoke Dutch, Friesland, German, Polish, English and even Bear….. it was lots of fun.
Now it’s time to return to the main land for some more cycling and family time.
Mr. Ted and I had to put cycling aside for a bit as we prepared for our travel adventures. So today is the 9th of October our first night away from home and we plan on doing some cycling.
We won’t disappoint the team our legs will do the work soon. ❤️❤️🚴♀️
Ended up beating the rain to cycle to the stock feeders, had a lovely ride and some fun creating content with Mr. Ted 😂❤️ We were all happy to be moving on our bikes on this beautiful cool day. 🚲
Ended up being off days. Just couldn’t get my schedule to reflect my intentions to cycle.
I didn’t have time this morning for my stationary bike ride and I really wanted to get on a real bike outside given it such a beautiful day. So lunchtime it was. I snuck out for a 30 minute bike ride and decided to take Mr. Bear with me I figured we’re doing this for the kids. It would be fun to have them follow and enjoy the ride and get to go outside with us and see what fun things we get to observe Call me crazy But in an away it’s a beautiful crazy idea, so Mr. Ted came along 😉
6.30 am up and off to the gym, not the ideal beginning but a beginning none the less. Before my workout jumped for a stationery bike ride to start my October challenge.
Day 1 10 km done.
