This is my 6th year doing the Great Cycle Challenge!
It’s been an Epic year for my fundraising. My goal was to raise $3500 to help the sick children but I’ve raised $6971, almost double, “THANKS SO MUCH” to all of you generous sponsors and also to donations match day. Couldn’t have done it without you all. I’ve already beaten my PB. This is amazing stuff!
I’ve been riding every day after work to clock up some kms to reach my goal of 350 kms. I’ve cycled 216 km already this month and have 133 Kms remaining with half a month to go, so definitely on track. Thinking about the sick kids as I ride. This inspires me to keep pedalling.
Had a lovely outdoor ride on the weekend around the Meadowbank/Ryde area and ran into a couple of other GCC riders. Always nice to see a fellow GCC rider.
Looking forward to bike riding outdoors with my friends this weekend.
