My biggest ride for the challenge this year, 12kms and Iβve reached my target goal of 50kms. YAY π
When I first rode in the challenge 2019 my target was 100km and I met this. The following year saw me have a fall from my bike on Good Friday during COVID. One broken wrist and 5 days later I was home from hospital. I didnβt get back on my bike until the 2020 challenge, dropped my target to 50kms and this has been my target since.
My confidence is gone, I only ride now in the October challenge in support of this worthy cause.
The river today looked remarkably clean, birds on the water and birds in the bush. A lovely day to be out and about.
Todayβs ride south of Parramatta River, my favourite ride and for some reason it was busier today.

My wheels took me north of the river. It was here in the first 25 metres where I had my first encounter of the season with Maggie

Luckily no crazy wheelies & we are both safe. π₯Ή
