Final Stretch

We're into the final days of GCC for 2025. I'm also nearly at my revised fundraising goal as well which is amazing.

After Kick Cancer's Butt Day, I had some cycling goals to kick. Firstly was the new bike - a roadie. It's long been in the plan to buy one and now I've got what I think is a sweet ride. Purchased just in time for Spring Cycle - a brilliant 50km across Sydney (including riding across the Sydney Harbour Bridge). A great experience and I can't wait to do it again next year.

I've also got my Superhero jersey for 2025 and an All Star jersey for now raising over $10k for children's cancer research. I'm pretty proud of this - thanks to having so many supportive friends and family and a supportive community. It's not possible without them and their generosity.

Dad has also jumped on board with riding a few KMS with me. It's nice to have a buddy on a ride.

1 more big week of riding to go! It's going to be a big one, let's hope the weather plays nice but even if not, I'm still going to get out there because I have a target of KMS to get to.
